Cindy is a long time Waco resident who specializes in working with sellers around the area. She got started in real estate over 10 years ago when she was transitioning from a career in Education and wanted a new adventure! What she learned in that procedure is that her experience in Education prepared her for guiding her clients through the buying/selling process, negotiating the best deal and problem solving as needed.

As a certified stager, her clients appreciate her ability to help get their homes ready to sell at little or no expense. As a certified negotiator (CNE), they appreciate her skills when an offer comes or a problem arises. As a G. R. I., (Graduate Realtor Institute), they appreciate her knowledge of the entire process and ability to communicate it to them.

In her spare time, you might find her reading, playing with her grandchildren and experimenting with different smoothies~ her answer to healthy cooking!
